I usually take between 3-4 business days to process and pack orders. Heads up: Processing time is different from shipping time, so please plan accordingly.

I don't accept returns or offer refunds unless your package arrives damaged or the product has a defect.
If you need to cancel your order, send me an email on the same day you make the purchase so I can sort things out!
If the address you provide is wrong at the time of purchase, I can't be held responsible for the lost package, so please double-check all your shipping details!
If you don't pick up your package on time, you'll be responsible for the lost package, as well as the costs for reshipping.
